Job Description
1. To ensure that the highest level of comfort and hospitality to all guests visiting the restaurant.
2. TO Achieve total guest satisfaction by providing prompt and courteous service.
4. Responsible for promotion, Business development of restaurant.
3. To maximize organizational profitability through effective utilization of all resources available to the organization.
4. Manage guest history and effectively use guests profile for promotional events of the organization.
5. To monitor GSI (guest satisfaction index) for constant guest feedback, prompt, efficient and accurate service to all guests.
6. Promote good public relationship and handle complain or concern of guests.
7. Resolve customer complaints and ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
8. Forecast trends in food habit as per the budget for food and beverage sales.
9. Develop and implement strategies for optimization of food and beverage inventories.
