Current Opening:-
Hiring Fresh IHM / BHM Grads for a 5 Star Hotel Process in Genpact. Experienced candidates can also apply.
Candidates are expected to take reservation calls on behalf of the hotel.
DAY SHIFT
Shift Window - 7 A.M. - 10 P.M. (ANY 8 Hour Shift+1 Hour Break = 9 Total, which lies in between this shift)
Salary Grid - 1.50 Lakhs to Freshers - Upto 2.50 Lakh for experienced candidates.
Looking at BHM/ Hotel Management Graduates.
Flexible to work in Jaipur.
Interviews will be scheduled over Skype and Telephonic Presence.
Required Skills:-
Excellent communication skills.
Display empathy/ understanding/ concern towards customers
Be fluent in free speech - Predominantly English
Wants to delight customers, above and beyond the call of duty
Is able to communicate clearly
Is able to handle complaints, even when handling unpleasant customers
Works accurate and with eye for detail
Has a pleasant, friendly style.
